You would have to protect them with mulch and possibly tent them for the winter. If you choose not to then you can grow them as annuals. You can put them in barrels and grow them in there too, Then you can protect them much easier.
Good for you. They also seed profusely so you can auction seeds. Actually since they are uncommon to your area, plant them and sell them at farmers markets or to nurseries in your area.
