Tan & Brown Colored Long Skirt ~
Length in the longest part is 35" & shortest part is 26"

Kinda reminds me of a beach skirt ~
Very pretty skirt with shells designed in the shape of a flower ~
Has some stretch in the waist band ~
Size ~ L / XL According to the tag......
I wear a size 16 & it fits me.....
So I'd say it's between 16 & 20 (with the stretch in the band)

is the shorter side the back of the skirt?

Yes it is...The front comes down in a V shape, & the tip of the V sorta goes to the side a little bit, not directly in the center from what I can tell...
