I'm asking everyone MEN & WOMEN please do self breast exams (MEN YOU ARE NOT EXEMPT FROM THIS, CANCER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT GENDER) also get your annual physical, breast exam is given (recommended to start at your 20's) and around your 40's you should start your annual mammogram exams... *

i lost all of my aunts and my mother to breast cancer and i really appreciate your message about self breast exams, i have had 1 lumpectomy that i found during a self breast exam and all of us women do need to remind the men. im fanning and watching. thank you for your message.

your welcome..... I'm so sorry to hear about your family the only one was my aunt she was like my 2nd mom....Thank you for your comment God bless you, and keep you well..... keep strong and positive :) always....
my aunt had to have a mastectomy , but it came back on the other side.... she received chemotherapy but it was too aggressive and started spreading all over, she fought for 6 years until it just took control of her and was told there was no more they could do... all I believe is that when God wants you up there it's your time.... she passed away November 27, 2000.

So far i guess i am one of the lucky ones. My mom is a breast cancer survivor and i thank God for that.The fact that she is a very strong woman helped im sure. My mom is always asking me if i have gotten checked and i should more often.Thank you so much for reminding me how lucky and blessed i am to still have my mom and not to get complacent when it comes to your health. fanned thanks
