can you tell me the date codes on the bottom of the lighter please, its a letter on ther left side and a number(roman or regular) on the right side, thanks

I will put a little fuel in and try it.

I took the flint out of a used up disposable and put it in this one and put a dab of fuel on the wick . A spin of the sparker light it up.
Seems to be O.K.
It slid in and out good too.
I don't think it was used much, just abandoned in a drawer for a long time.

Is this an actual "zippo" or just like a zippo bc it looks like a cheapo. what do the numbers/letter on bottom mean? I have one I'm considering putting up for auction. Has a "C" on left side and "XIV" on right side.
