FREE: The Writer's Handbook 2005 Edition

Is this entitled "Writers Market" the one published by Writers Digest? That one one is outstanding. I have had several copies through the years. It is quite simple to update on your own by calling or emailing the publisher or production company and ask if the contact person (editor or producer) is in the same positon. Public libraries often have an updated copy, so you can double check the information with them. Generally a query letter is all it take to get in the door, if you can write an outstanding query letter, that is.
