I bought this top over a year ago and with my recent weight gain, ahem, it doesn't fit of course. Beautiful with real shell buttons. sleeves can go down or buttoned up to 3/4 length. It is 18 inches arm pit to arm pit. I do not know what the fabric is. But, I can say it is soft and floats around you, casual or dressy!
