do you just throw them in the washing machine or what? Ive tried cloth diapers, but never found any that really worked, although i think i am doing something wrong

no you never do that. there are very harsh detergents that will cause build up which results in leakage. you also need to prep them. i will be happy to send the winner all the info needed for care.

do you put inserts on top of diaper inside or inside the diaper?
