I see that you are a midwestern area person. There are lots of ghost tours in Chicago. My friends and I have been on many of them like Richard Crowe, Bob Trzeciak, etc., etc. The last tour we went on was with Bob...he is from the Southwest side burbs of Chicago. His tours are called Black Banty Rooster Tours-Southside Cemeteries: Lore, Legends & the Supernatural. I really enjoyed this one because we visited the famous Bachelors' Grove Cemetery(I can tell you that place is real creepy). There of course is the famous Resurrection Cemetery, Chets bar, Woodlawn Cemetery, etc.
Thanks, for replying, I'll have to check those places out next time through Chicago, I'm in Iowa and you have to check out the The Moore House in Villisca, Iowa, unbelievable! I have had lots of incounters, sometimes it scares my family members so I don't push it on no one, sometimes it scares the pant's off of me. Happy Haunting! Hope you win the bid!
I don't know when or if I will be in Iowa. I was there briefly when we did this bald eagle bus trip out of Galena in February a number of years ago. We were watching the eagles nesting...it was very interesting and wonderful weather that day. What kind of ghostly things happened at the Moore House that scared you?
The Moore House Murders, so senseless, unsolved, the house is so spooky just looking at it, the feeling is so heavy on your heart, it's overwhelming, some travel from far away to see, but when they get there they just can't go in.
If you wont a ghost tour just go to HENNING MN, ( my house ) it's over 200 years old and my family and I have had a lot of thing's happen to us. Just last Aug. we had an unexplained house fire in the middle of the night.
I grew up in a haunted house in No. St. Paul MN, torn down now,(one of the first homes built) my mother had a priest come through to bless it but it didn't work, there where 3 spirits in that home.
We tried, there was a train station and train tracks right in front of our house at one time and know there is nothing there except a field. BUT there was 3 other fires in my house way before we moved in, the only way we know this is after our fire we had to gut the house and we found three different burn areas in the house, the people before put up a false ceiling to cover it up. To this day nobody not even the FIRE CHEF or the COPS can explain our fire
Fire, that's terrible, I'd check the library in the old newspapers to see if there is any mention of the fires and or lived in the home before with any history of arson. What a Mystery!
