I have to agreed. Very time consuming. But very worth it cause these can sky rocket in prices online and then all the rest you have to do to ensure it gets there safely and avoid bad reviews. Btw love the auction!!!

Thanks for your sweetness! the one thing peopledo not understand is how many (i'm not sure who) of us actually go mine the stones we use, bring them back, (s. africa's one of my favs!) then we work with the rough raw rocks first getting them out of the surrounding stone without ruining them, then tumbling, shaping it
(not easy) cutting, polishing and all, it is a very costly hobby, but i love it! thanks for your nice words, i love your name. it was my grandmas, who died before i could meet her... xoxoxo

Everyone has a chance, sell some stuff and see how tough it is... do some of listias activities, that's how i started. if listia would stop upping their prices for us to list it wouldn't be a problem, but this is the breakdown....right now, listia will charge you $10.00 (the buyer) and give you 187,000 credits. this pendulum costs me 22.50 without tax, plus my time to pick them out pick them up,and pay in advance, with zero refund or return, and be stuck with them if they don't do well. then in order for me to even put it up for auction, it costs me my personal credits... 150 of them for a plain list, and almost 5000 more credits for a premium list (one that gets put in bold letters) so as we sit i am already way in the hole....
then to the person who wins, i get to buy the envelope, the packing supplies (bubble wrap, tape, and thank you notes and always i do an extra gift) plus we pay at the least 2.50 to ship (that 2.50 is the very lowest for a package...after we get done packing them in bubbles, and the weight goes up, the envelope fatter, the postage goes up to, ...i pay a norm for this type of package of 4.00 t 5.00 dollars on each one.plus insurance, my time, my gas my standing in line at the post office and god forbid someone is the least bit unhappy with their purchase (this normaly means they found something else they wanted instead and now want to get their credits back.so when all is said and done, ask any seller, it used to be so much fun, now, if listia hadn't gotten so greedy, they are making a fortune off of not only me, but you too! in all the years i have done this i have never come out ahead.....not once! and if things do not change in a big way by the end of the year, iknow a lot of us who are pulling out and going our own ways.... making it fun again! just look around, some people sell 2 baggies...period. wth is that??????? i'm sorry but i place alot of time education and pride on my lists.

so, i am sorry, but no....
