This is a pre-cut design kit with all the fabric supplies you need. Fabric parts have Ultra-Bond adhesive backing. Instructions are on the back of the package. Unfortunately, no measurements are given but it appears that the appliqué will at least cover the entire chest portion of a small child's sweatshirt.There are free E-Z Paint iron-on transfers included. There appear to be three in the package but the display card does not indicate quantity.
I've stored this kit for several years, so I recommend sewing this appliqué on your project rather than ironing. In my opinion, even new iron-ons should be reinforced with stitching.
