Sorry to burst your bubble but this is not as rare as you think. It's hard to get a buck for it on ebay which has quite a few listed. Good luck though.

Yes I know it is not as rare as one might think. It is from the Base set collector's edition starter deck.

I wish you luck though. Just some folks don't have access to ebay and there you will find out if these things ARE rare or not. The rare stuff goes fo big bucks. That is why I checked it out. I am always looking for something to buy and resell to make a few bucks. Merry Holydays

Reason it says Ultra Rare is because that is what a Holographic card that has a star on the bottom right corner is called in Pokemon.
