No, A Maker's defect on the toe of shoe, is where there is a spot of enamel /coating missing. It doesn't look chipped there it looks like the glaze missed a small spot. Pictured Also!
As for the paper on the bottom, its a leftover price tag, will be removed before shipping.
As for the inside, have no idea what you mean? There is nothing inside, certainly no paper.
These small shoes are just trinkets, I'd guess, to small for a plant.
