Questions & Comments
I have 2 great nieces and another one ?? on the way this looks like something they may like. I do!
Thank you, I made two smaller versions of this doll, they are very easy and too cute! I have 10 grand children--5 are girls. But I have been spending more time making 'Artsy dolls' some I make my own patters and just never got around to making this one.
I made a whole set of these dolls when the fabric was available on the market. I still have my set. I think it first came out in 1988. Now you have to get it as it is offered on ebay, listia, etc. It is very hard to come by. It is now considered to be a collectible. The finished dolls are darling, I dressed mine up with lace and extra frills. Adorable to have.
Thank you Nancydeez I had forgotten how long ago I purchased the material. Yes the smaller ones I made up also have lace and ribbons. They are very cute.
