How is it been never worn when it is being worn in the pic? are these real or do you have any estimate how much these are worth?

I put them on to take the pic but have never "worn" them. I took the necklace to a reputable jeweler and they did confirm they are both fresh water Pearls and Amethysts. There is no high "Value" because they are small.
