Sorry I couldnt answer you til now I was at work.... When it is doubled over (clipped) like it would be when you are wearing it it is 13 inches. so if you unclipped it and stretched it out it would be 26 inches. I have never measured a necklace so i dont know which way you would want to know

I also have a bracelet that is made small as far as the width of the chain but is made with extra links in it....it is silver as well and i plan on putting it on here when some of my other auctions end
