Description

The listing, Vintage Ceramic Japanese Girl Sake Decanter and Cup - Kikkoman has ended.

This is a BEAUTIFUL ceramic Japanese
"Kokeshi looking" doll that doubles as a Sake/Plum Wine decanter. The dolls head becomes the glass or cup! A wonderful piece. This particular doll held Plum Wine at one time. The bottom is marked Made in Japan, and I was told it was manufactured and held Kikkoman product in the 1960s.

This Decanter is in great overall coniditon, no chips or cracks to the ceramic, the label is missing from the back BUT I have a picture of my other one with the label and that's the one in the picture. The one up for bids Does Not have a label any longer and needs cleaning. The stopper is a half of it broken off and is inside the bottle. The ceramic stopper top is missing BUT I posted a picture of what it's supposed to look like from the other bottle just like it, this one Does Not come with the Ceramic Stopper Top.

A great collection piece!

Approx. 5 7/8" tall by 2.5" wide

that's a great start but I can't put a limit of 250 because there may be other bids on it. The GIN would be 2000 but there's a bid already I can't even post that. IF no one bids against you you could possibly get it for just 100 credits.

thanks, I'll fan back. I actually have a set that has a blue one which is a boy and the red which is a girl. They both have the ceramic piece on the top of the corks. IF this one goes well I post them.

because I didn't want to risk breaking it or damaging anything, when I GIVE AWAY Vintage items as Porcelian or Silver, etc. I don't touch them that way... now IF you don't have any solution for washing items Yourself... THEN DON'T purchase. And IF you weren't going to buy Anyway, WHY try to make me look bad? So my question is WHY, have you gone to the trouble of saying it to me here? reason being I HAVE on Several occasions SECRETLY emailed ppl to say certain things about their items so as Not to make or MYSELF look bad or Tacky.
