This is the top center piece of the Planet of the Grapes puzzle from the Wacky Packages 11th series issued in 1974.

Original WP puzzle pieces are NOT stickers! The back is the checklist of all stickers in the 11th series.

Unlike most of the other series which show the image of the completed puzzle, the checklist side features an advertisement for the "Mud" sticker instead.

This card, as with all non-graded collectibles, may have some issues related to age. I believe it is in good condition for its age, but you must be your own judge. I have included close up pictures for your inspection.

This card has been in my collection for years and am giving it away only because I recently bought the entire 11th series checklists/puzzle from ebay so I have no need for this duplicate.
