The pics are decent. I took all of my christmas pictures with this camera and I have a one-year-old, so I was taking pics like crazy. The USB cord is not included. You can get a memorystick from Gamestop, new or used or Walmart has them, too. They are the ones that go into a Playstation PSP.

the memory stick isn't included because I sold it to gamestop. It holds approximately 10 internal memory pictures. yes it does work. it has a usb plug port, but I do not have that, either. I bought this camera off of ebay for $40 in November, but I got a brand new one for my birthday in Feb.
