If someone pays you too low do you have a choose not to give it to them?? I am asking not being smart because i am selling something but its 40 dollars and only one person bid on it for 499 credits.but id feel bad not giving it to him so I'm confused then i saw this

I would also recommend not selling such high value items as someone new until you have established positive feedback since most people will not bid high, if at all, from someone new because they don't want to tie up their credits, not able to use them, and then have to deal with getting a refund of their credits to top it off.

You are supposed to still give it to them, it is the rules. You could ask if they would cancel, but you aren't supposed to and could potentially get negative feedback for doing so and or get in trouble I think...
