I need to note I recently had a winner on another shoe also brand new in the package that said the shoe wouldn't light up. I highly doubt that too be true but I will put it on here. There is a plastic piece you have to pull out from the battery when it is new for it to start working. so since they are brand new they would not be activated yet. I will not refund.
