Description

The listing, Handmade Silver/Gold Wire Cuff has ended.

You are bidding on a handmade adjustable wire cuff, 7-1/2" in length. I finished making this piece only this evening. As I was making final adjustments to the wires, I managed to break one of the twisted segments. I repaired it, but because it is not perfect, do not want to offer it for sale. The repaired break can be seen in the third photograph; it is located above the middle silver bead.

To make this bracelet, I used silver plated and gold plated wire, silver beads, gold glass pearls and white glass pearls. This is actually three bracelets wired together to make one.

The wire wrap is done in the "messy wrap" style; in other words, it looks that way on purpose :o)

As with all else I design and create, this beautiful bracelet is one of a kind, and was made in my smoke-free home.

This is very pretty! Good Luck & Happy New Year!! Also...

Just a friendly tip... when you receive a comment on your auction, hit the 'reply' word under that comment first, then type your reply into the box that opens up. Once you have finished typing, hit the word 'Reply' under that box. That will automatically send your answer/reply in an email to the person who commented. Otherwise, just by replying in the 'submit' box, the commentor will have no idea you even answered their question, unless they track down your auction again and come back to this page to check.
By hitting 'reply' first, it shows the commentor that you are active in your auction listings, and willing to take the time to answer all their questions and/or concerns... Plus, it helps with the trust issues associated with sites such as Listia, etc...
Good Luck with all your listings!

Thank you so much! Wire wrapping isn't really all that hard, just tedious. I've been making jewelry for awhile now, and am finally branching out into wire wrap jewelry and chain maille. Chain maille is even more tedious than wire wrap, yet not as difficult. It's all fun, and I'm enjoying every minute of it :o)

Thank you :o) This is a fairly heavy bracelet (well, it's heavy for me; I am small-boned, and the thing feels like it weighs a ton on my wrist), but very well put together. I had a problem getting the true colors in the photo; silver and gold always do that to me when I'm taking pics. Anyhow, the two outer bracelets are made with beads and ssp wire. The middle, braided (and most difficult) bracelet is eight strands of gp wire. I really could've kicked myself around the block when I broke that small twisted section, but then thought, "Well, I'll put it on Listia, be honest about the break, and see how it goes." If I hadn't broken it, this little number would be sitting in my inventory with a minimum $50 price tag hanging from it. It's all ok, though -- everything happens for a reason, and maybe the reason for this is to give someone the opportunity to get a beautiful one of a kind, handmade piece of jewelry that they otherwise couldn't afford. And I'm good with that :o) You have yourself a great day :o)

You should put up the information for your online store. I wouldn't mind taking a look at the jewelery you have to offer. This is very nice.

Thank you :o) I have two stores online:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Especially-4-You-Pat-Howard/137831796249042?ref=ts
~ and ~
http://especially4you.storenvy.com/collections/36055-all-products

I have several more things to put on those sites and will probably do some of them today. I just finished a third bridal set that I want to get on there now.
