They are 100% cotton with an elastic waist and glow in the dark some. Please note, I only ship to verified addresses, do not send me your address through emails. I ship within the 7 days allowed by listia. They are a regular 2x. But I recently lost a lot of weight and was stupid enough to think that I can wear them but that they will just be a little loose. And everyone's 2x is a little different. I am a 16 in pants and they are falling off me.
