After checking all the garments that I have - I believe a 36c would fit VERY nicely into one of the size XL instead. Like I said they run quite small and seems that the M may be best for an A or B Cup only. The XL fits UP TO a 38C or D very well. The material is quite stretchy so there is quite a range... but that is what I would recommend for a 36C. I have XL garments up for auction right now too. Check them out. :-)
