Up for bid is a Plantronics Bluetooth. I only used this a couple times, and have no need for it anymore. NOTE: The charging adapter is lost, I cannot find it. However, here is a link for you to get one for $14.95.

Actually If you look below where the beginning of the ear piece is, that round area below that is the charging port. So the charging adapter is round. If you can't see it I will post a pic.

I don't have the model number for this. I am sorry! However, you can go to http://www.plantronics.com/us/ to see if you can find this particular bluetooth in stock. I don't even know if they still make this particular bluetooth anymore.
