I'm new to this what happens if I would win a bid how do I know how much I pay for the item

In order to win an item you need to win with credits and be the high bidder (with credits) at the end of the auction. If you bid on more than one item, your credits will be deducted from the total amount of credits you have until or if someone outbids you. Your credits are returned to you if you get outbid. If you are the winner that's how you purchase the item---with those credits that you bid. You cannot bid more than the credits that you have. Also, you can buy credits from Listia. If you scroll clear to the bottom of an auction page, there is a place where you can purchase credits. Keep an eye out for auctions that you bid on. If they are listed as free shipping, you have nothing to pay in addition to your credits. Some auctions, though, do charge a fee for shipping that you may have to pay. It should state that on the auction page. Another thing you need to do is verify your shipping address which is quite easy to do. If you need more help, please let me know and I will answer anymore questions to try to get you off to a good start. Best Wishes.

How do I verify my shipping address

If you go to your home page, scroll down towards the bottom and on the left hand side at the bottom there is a column "account settings". You need to click on "saved shipping addresses" and then fill out your shipping address (where you want your items sent to) on the next page and click on "validate". If you have a post office box and a street address, put one or the other in there, not both or it will not validate. You can add the other one once the one is validated. Hope this helps.
