This is the DLC to unlock the online costume pack for the game- Guns of Icarus.

With it you'll get 6 costumes, one for each class and gender:

- The Way (male gunner)
- The Way (female gunner)
- Dusthopper Suit (male engineer)
- Dusthopper Suit (female engineer)
- Port City (male pilot)
- Horizon (female pilot)

To find the costumes, click on Character at the top right of the screen once you're in game. Once on the Character screen, click on the Costume button to see the extra costumes you just unlocked. Remember to cycle through the classes and genders to see them all!
