Thank you! It doesn't give me that option, i only have the options for me shipping it or local pick up... not sure why it doesn't give me the option for "winner pays exact shipping", that's what I want to have on there... not sure what's going on there with that, lol.

Got it figured out....when you click in the box "Will ship to the US", then a box will pop up right below it asking to "Please select"...when you click on the arrow, then three options show up: Free, Flat rate, Exact......then you're in business :)
