I honestly cant tell you if this piece is modern or vintage- but by the look of the faceted stones, it is a bit older. They have much rounder edges than the ones that you can purchase today. Its beautiful none the less

I would guess around 18 in give or take a few, the clasp can be worn on different links to adjust also
