@auctiontech, For "Registered the Treasury" The incursive signature was very difficult to read, but for "Treasurer the United States" The incursive signature is (John Burke), hope this was helpful & Good Luck :)

@auciontech, The signature for "Registered the Treasury" is a little difficult for me to read, due to the way the incursive signature was sign. I even us a magnified glass to read it and I still don't know who is the name of this incursive signature...

terrybastian3 I think it is just the close ups that are hard to see and may be a bit shaky and thats why it looks like an "m" instead of "n" but look at the big pic it is more crisp.
