The hoop is four inches in diameter ,I don't know how long the feathers will hang down,maybe 4-5 inches.It is made with leather, feathers,beads,every thing a Dream Catcher is supposed to be made with.It has never been opened,the photos are a scan of the actual item,not some stock pics :)
