I saw dozens of hummingbirds flock to these pink fluffy flower tufts! They grow rather fast, 3 feet per year I suppose. Maybe more.

They attract bees and butterflies too! Just put them in moist soil with good drainage, not sopping wet, not bone dry. And do it in the warm summer time or late spring
Also propagates well by cutting and seeds, which it makes a lot of. It rains down upon your yard! Be careful! You may have a lot of trees if you don't clean those seed pods up!
