Why does it cost this much for shipping? A padded envelope costs $1.71 to ship most places if under 9oz. That's a difference of $3.78??????????????

hi lisitia rules list charges aloud for shipping and handling. with a domestic limit of $6 and this is international shipping. it does not say a limit for international shipping yet we still stay within the limit per item for domestic shipping. I mean this in the nicest way possible i really do but if you do not like the charges please just do not bid.
