The listing, 14K Sapphire & Diamond Ring has ended.

14K real yellow gold genuine sapphire and genuine diamond ring. Stamped 14K....there are 3 marquise cut sapphires and 3 round cut diamonds. The sapphire is approx 1/2 carat and the diamonds are approx 1/4 carat. I bought this years ago at Diamonds International...if anyone knows this place you know they only sell high end jewelry..this ring is GORGEOUS..Size 9. I CAN NOT GET A GOOD CAMERA SHOT...IS THERE SOME KIND OF TRICK TO GET A CLOSEUP OF JEWELRY???

Sometimes people will say anything to get an item...I am finding it hard to trust a lot of people that say " my house burned down and I lost everything, or I just buried my mom and I even got....please no one bid...I need this or I will have to commit suiside...very interesting....of course I am not saying that about betsey...Just saying...

Your kodak easyshare should have the auto-focus feature and will take a very good picture of jewelry if you use a blue background (light blue for dark colored stones) and when you press the button press it gently till it is about half way down and hold it there a few seconds and you will notice the image get very clear as the camera is made to focus automatically but it usually takes about 3 to 5 seconds when aimed at a small item. The solid background helps because the camera will not always be able to determine what to focus on if there is clutter or different shades and or different colors or textures for a backdrop.It also helps to place the ring directly on the backdrop. This will eliminate any movement that may occur if you try to hold it while taking picture and it will also allow the camera to focus much faster by eliminating shadows for the most part. hope this helps for future picture taking. I am not the best at this type of stuff but I have a kodak easyshare and have learned a little from taking hundreds of pictures for a business that I operate that requires me to photograph quite a lot of jewelry and other small shiny objects. P. S. I LOVE this ring and will be watching and bidding. Also fanned you. Sorry so long winded.

No I did not but I bought it from a place that only sells real gold and gems. I have had this for years and I did pawn it a few years ago for some quick cash..I know it is real...

if your camera has a "macro setting" (usually a little flower symbol) on your camera. use that setting, no flash in good light. a seller on ebay helped me out lol

I just took them to a jeweler yesterday and this is what they said..there are 3 small diamonds..2 princess cut and 1 marquise.....total combined carat is between 0.33 and 0.40 or 80 milligram or 0.08grams..they are rated a SI1 what ever that means...he wrote it down but would not give me an official estimate without paying for it..said it was $30 for estimate for insurance reasons...thats all I know about these loose diamonds..
