This is the sweatest little puppy sweater. You'll have a preppy puppy for sure in this little stylish sweater. Bright lime green, beautiful cable knit with cute little barrel buttons. Size small. I've taken a close up picture of the top closure and buttons. Wouldn't your baby look sweet in this?

Oh gosh, I'm sorry I don't know. It measures about 6 inches across so that would be 12 inches diameter. Guess that's your call. Sorry that I couldn't be of more help.
