Yes depending on how long you keep it in, is how long it lasts.
Ten minutes is 3-4 weeks
30 minutes is 4-6 months

i just used this to do mine blue. it also depends on how along u leave the bleach on for.

You are right!! If your hair isnt very blonde, its not as intense a color

Splat is a good company, I leave mine in pretty much until my hair feels crispy and the dye has completely dried then I wash it out. it lasts for quite awhile.
