What size would the finished doll be? Is the pattern for the doll and/or doll clothes? What shape is the pattern in, complete? cut or uncut?

Each doll pattern is diferent. The clothespin dolls and sock dolls are full instructions. Some of the other are just clothes. The patterns are uncut, inside the book, never been used.
