FREE: Rainforest Scene Trivet

The listing, Rainforest Scene Trivet has ended.

Though this was given to me well over 10 years ago, I'm still not sure what the purpose of a trivet is. I'm guessing for putting a hot item on..if I'm correct, I couldn't do that to such a lovely item that to this day, it's a wonder I haven't broken it yet. This 6" X 6" ceramic trivet did need a bit of cleaning prior to listing. I did notice a very tiny bit of paint loss on the upper left side around the tree but it's really not noticeable. Photo 2 mentions that the trivet is hand-painted so no dishwasher nor microwave...of course, photo 1 shows what's most important: the lovely rainforest scene on the trivet that includes two toucans, a leopard, a frog, a monkey and a butterfly amidst a couple of flowers and tree trunks. Again I hope I've described this item both accurately and persuasively...many thanks for looking!
