do these have a ziper and are they easy to get on? im looking at them for my mom. she has really bad arthis. so bad her hands and fingers and deformed and need something she can pretty much just step into and its on.

No zipper, I wouldn't say they are just stepintoable no, and they are still new so they're still stiff, but wide enough after breaking them in it shouldn't be too much a struggle.
