There are 5 packs each of which is individually sealed for a single use. The go on super smooth (it's a liquid soaked pad not unlike a Stridex pad - not a lotion or cream). It dries quickly and will last for about three days. This is oil free and fragrance free (though it's a little smelly like all self-tanners). Of course this is new/sealed/never used!
