yes, when someone wins the auction it will have a little box that says "send email" you click on that box and it will send a message to the other persons listia account. everything is recorded so that mods can see it, that way you will have proof that you sent it so in case there are any disputes about it.

its just a safer way to message the winner and the seller, because then everything is there to be seen in case there are any problems on either side
