Description

The listing, BEAUTIFUL ! 4 PURPLE CHINA ROSE SEEDS, EASY GROWING INSTRUCTIONS has ended.

Growing roses from seeds can be easier than you think ! patience is required, but worth it !stratify your rose seeds to encourage them to grow better. to stratify your seeds, place them on a paper towel that has been soaked in a solution that contains half water and half peroxide to prevent mold from occurring. fold the towel to keep the seeds inside and then put them all into a resealable bag. place the bag inside a refrigerator . keep the seeds in the refrigerator for six to 10 weeks. another method to stratify is to place the seeds in a tray of potting soil, cover the tray and then place it in the fridge for a few weeks.
create a potting soil mixture that is ideal for rose-growing by filling pots or trays . push the seeds down into the soil about 1 inch. place them outside in direct sunlight once the threat of frost is gone and water the soil when it looks dry. the seeds will likely begin to sprout in about six weeks.
transplant the seedlings into separate containers once they have grown a few inches tall. be careful not to touch the plant's roots during this process. the use of a spoon may be helpful. BECAUSE OF SOME UNCALLED FOR COMMENTS ABOUT THE COLORS OF THE CHINA ROSE, IF YOU HAVE DOUBTS AND DON'T BELIEVE THIS IS THE TRUE COLOR PLEASE DON'T BID. I ORDERED SEEDS TO GROW 2 YEARS AGO. FIRST PICTURE IS STOCK FROM THOSE. THE BUSH IS MINE. I WANTED MORE SO I HAD TO ORDER MANY MORE THAN I WILL EVER USE. THESE SEEDS ARE FROM HONG KONG

i would mulch the first year. i just use leaves. most of this type of rose is disease resistant. start right away if you see any disease. i use home made and it works great on all plants. 1/4 c anti bacterial dish liquid, 1/4 c. baking soda, 1/4 c sulpher powder. can be bought cheaply at the drug store, acne products. 1/4 c. vinegar. mix with 1 gallon of water and spray as needed . this method can be used for any type of rose bush.. thanks for your intrest, please email with any questions. i mail the next day after win

These are BEAUTIFUL roses. I only like roses that are different than the normal ones sold in flower shops and these fit the bill. You said you have more than you need, will you have more auctions in case I don't win this one so I can try again?
I fanned you and will be watching this auction.

ty, growing some for my daughters this year. Thet say they have no green thumb, but once these get going are very easy . A compactb grower . Not fussy about soil, we have a lot of clay here in tn. Normal rose diseas4escare easy to control if you start right away even with just anti bacterial soap. We have so much humidity here in tn i had to find ac natural way to do things. Ashes also make a great fertilizer for these.

Have never sent cuttings. Would have to send priority so would be expensive. Also would have to wait until spring. It is to late and to early to plant thanks for the ask though.

yes, as stated in the auction, the bush is mine. I didn't have enough seeds for more. My grandson is in the army and he got the seeds for me in Hong Kong. He had to buy more than I'll ever need for the planting season this year so that is why I am listing. The single rose is a stock photo, but the bush is mine
