These are monster truck boys pajama pants size 8 (m) not CARS. Sorry. My son got them for christmas and they are WAY to small. NWT. 20 in. around waist. 29 in. long. flame resistant and 100% polyester.

as for as i can tell it is. my 8 year old son is much larger than the average 8 year old. i do know that they are WAY to big for my 3 year old.
