Comes with 1 pack of 6 (brand new never opened) lacing cords. Pink, orange, green, purple, yellow, & blue. Then I have a ziplock bag that has some more lacing cords. Looks like there is 7 new bundles in the ziplock bag. There is different colors in it.

There are 10 small ziplock baggies full of the tiny beads. 1 - wooden beads (dark colored), 1 - wooden beads (light colored), 1 - tiny white beads, 1 - multi-colored beads, 1 - Japanese wooden multi-colored beads, 1 - bag of misc and spacers, 1 - bag tiny purple beads, 3 - bags of assort color beads (plastic).

3 - small organizers full of beads.
