Yep it works with no problems and is like new it was only used a handful of times it was actually bought for a friend for xmas but she had one so I tried it but my hair looks funny straight LOL

The only thing I have is the heat resistant pad as shown in the pic. No dvd or manual. The only thing it had came with besides dvd and manual is a heat guard that I threw away cause it was to hard to use with it. And I had watched the dvd and read manual so I threw them out as I didn't plan on needing them.
