I simply love this necklace. It is so different and unique. .
It can be opened like a locket. There is a magnet on each part of the house that keeps it together. The furniture in the doll house can not be taken out. It is a part of the necklace. Kind of "carved" in there. Yes a chain will come with it. From what I can tell you have to slide it over your head to wear. It is brand new! Good Luck

i forgot exactly where I bought it. one of those stores in the mall. It was 7.50 on sale. it's very cute.
