This phone is NOT an unlocked phone however it can be used with prepaid or contract or with other services that are compatible with the AT&T network. I got the phone for my father because he was having a hard time seeing the screen on his phone and after only 3-4 months of using this phone he decided this screen was also to small for him to see. It's been in a desk drawer since getting a bigger phone and could not locate the original box and user manual but it does include the charger. I'm leaving the SIM card in the phone even though it's not active so buyer can know that the phone is fully functional. I looked online before creating this listing and Amazon's average price for this phone was $50 and eBays average price was $60 in like new condition to give a general idea of the value of the phone.
