you dont have to use pay pal, any form of payment is acceptable to me, concelled cash, money order, the actual stamps, all is good! :-) or... if you are my neighbor, you can come and pick it up! :-)

concelled cash is just cash money hidden well inside envelope so you cannot see it from out side of the envelope. and stamps means, postage stamps in the amount that matches the postage/shipping fee. like for instance; one -stamp it takes to mail a letter,,,and that cost is 44 cents. so if you need to pay,,,$1.76 and you want to send stamps,,,each stamp is 44 cents,,, so figure $1.76 divided by 4==4. so you would send 4- 44 cent stamps. now as far as pay pal goes,,,,,you do not have to have a pay pal account to be on listia, even if you never speak to anyone again,,, i hope this was of help to you,,,
