Here is a really pretty piece of vintage fabric! It's made of what appears to be cotton sateen; nice quality. It features a pretty floral with green, white and light brown/tan flowers, set against a deep turquoise blue background. This fabric is 45" wide x 2 5/8 yards in length. In excellent condition.

Questions & Comments

I'm not familiar with cotton sateen. Is it washable? if so, Does it need ironing after washing? Or is sateen like a polyester blend that is wash and go without wrinkles

Hi ~ I call it 'cotton sateen'; not sure what it's really called. It feels like all cotton, but a nicer quality. It could be part poly; I don't know for certain; I obtained this from an old estate. I'm going to guess it will still require a certain amount of ironing. Hope this helps a bit.
