I bought this from another site and it is too large for my 8 lb chihuahua. It is a size medium and never been out of pkg. This is what I measured: Neck 12 in, Belly 16 in round and length is 13 in. This will stretch too. Not extremely heavy.Email me with questions. I paid $7.00 for this and if credits are now 20,000 for every dollar that is what I'm basing this on. Just want my money's worth back out of it. Plus I have to pay to have it shipped. Thanks for looking!
