The listing, Phone and MP3 has ended.

Here I have a Samsung Rogue for Verizon and a Sylvania touch mp3 player. Both of them work. Phone comes with charger but mp3 player does not. There is a picture so you can see the size cable it needs. The mp3 player power button is broken but it can be turned on if you plug it in. To turn it off you can simply press the reset button. The phone is in rough shape but does work if someone on a budget needs a cheep phone. It's also 3G network.

it was a contract phone. and honestly i think it was one step below a smart phone. it doesn't do anything like the iphone or droid but it does have a facebook app, youtube app, etc. just little things. but in my opinion i think no it's not a smart phone.
